James
Optician
James runs the optical at Giles Eye Care. He enjoys the process of creating the perfect pair of eyeglasses for patients.
James is licensed by the American Board of Opticianry, which administers voluntary certification exams for dispensing opticians and contact lens technicians. He is also a licensed optician in the state of Massachusetts (Maine does not require opticians to be licensed).

James served as an apprentice in a three-year optician program after graduation from the Opticianry Program at the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in Boston. He received his associate degree from Middlesex Community College in Bedford, MA.
James’ interests include woodworking, hiking, kayaking, and skiing.

Reception
Danielle is a customer service specialist with over 8 years’ experience in the hospitality business and 5 years’ experience with insurance billing. As our chief receptionist, she is ready to take your call and assist with scheduling, etc. Interests include baking, music, and art.
Kate
Billing Specialist
Kate makes things happen. As our medical billing specialist, she handles insurance eligibility and authorizations and works to resolve disputed claims. Kate has over fifteen years of experience in the billing specialist field and truly enjoys getting things done for our patients.
