Dr. Tracy K. Giles

Optometrist

Dr. Giles specializes in comprehensive adult and pediatric eye care. He is a licensed Maine optometrist, certified by both the National Board of Optometry and the Maine Board of Optometry. He is also an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Maine Optometric Association.

Dr. Giles earned his doctorate from the New England College of Optometry in 1982 after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Maine at Orono in zoological and biological studies.

He practiced in a large, multi-specialty clinic at the Charleston Naval Hospital in Massachusetts. After returning to Maine, he joined a small mid-coast group practice. Later, he was invited to practice at the Eye Care and Surgery Center of Maine. He then opened his private practice and has been serving his patients’ eye care needs for over 25 years.

Dr. Giles is a native of Caribou, Maine. He served in the Naval Reserves and the Air National Guard for over 20 years. His interests include health and fitness, fly fishing, foreign culture, wilderness excursions, and, of course, the health and welfare of his patients.
